In times of change people often feel like emotional rollercoasters; feeling joyful and free one moment and then suddenly experiencing bursts of sadness and anxiety the next. This is normal and it is healthy to recognize that we can hold ALL of our emotions and let them flow.
Directions:
1.-Think of all the different emotions you've been feeling since we began online school in March. Make a list of each emotion.
2.-Trace your hand and cut out our outline (if you'd like) Use your hand to "hold" your emotions
*Look at your list and see if you can fit all of your emotions in your hand. Use any colors or images that best represent your feelings.
