Each activity is worth one letter on your mindful coloring sheet. Your goal is to have the word "QUIET" filled in by the end of the day. This will mean you have completed 5 different activities.
*Note: There are multiple activities in some of the missions. You earn one letter for *each* individual activity....only choose the ones you will enjoy completing!
